|Age:||1-2 years old|
This handsome chap is Ned aka Neddy! It can take Ned a little while to get to know you, but once he does, he is friendly and loving. He also loves a good belly rub and he will let know he wants this by rolling on his back and kicking you with his back legs! 😀
Ned can be nervous and on edge around new people and has nipped in the past when he has felt his personal space is being intruded upon, due to this, he will require an adult only home.
Ned would benefit from living with another calm and friendly dog with slow and sensible introductions.
Ned doesn’t like cats.
Ned accepts a harness, collar and lead and loves his walks and enjoys the outdoors. He becomes very playful and will play with other dogs whilst out. As Ned enjoys the outdoors, he would also greatly benefit a home with a garden in a rural area.
Fostering a rescue dog is not something to take on lightly, they need full commitment and a lot of work and patience to allow them to blossom. There may be many challenges to overcome so please ensure full commitment before applying.
Ned is crate trained and fully toilet trained. He sleeps well overnight and has been left for a period of up to 6 hours previously and has not been destructive. Please understand this could change in his new home.
Ned is good in the car and his current home are willing to assist with transport.
