Meet Pip, Pip loves sleep and - once she has developed trust - loves fuss. She is very licky! She enjoys varied walks and loves spending time off lead having been exposed to daily beach/field walks from a young age. She loves her teddies, playing with a ball (on her terms), and being close to her nearest and dearest. Pip is a fantastic companion. She is well behaved ,quirky, strong minded, intelligent and very loving. 💞
Pip can share her home with children and currently lives with young children. Her behaviour around the children is generally good. However, Pip does struggle with emotional control- when they get excited she gets excited and when over-stimulated Pip can be unpredictable. She doesn't display aggressive behaviours but does have a robust play style and is very athletic. Therefore Pip would be suited to a quiet home with older children aged 10+ 👶
Pip has been around other dogs both in and out of her home. Pip plays well with other dogs when on walks and whilst she can appear slightly nervous upon first meeting (particularly when on lead), she quickly warms up and enjoys robust play. She has a wide circle of dog pals - in various shapes and sizes. Pip can share a home with another dog but would need slow and sensible introductions 🐾
Pip is reactive around cats. She would therefore need a cat free home 🐈
Pip is well behaved on lead. She follows instructions and largely walks with a 'loose' leash. However, she can be easily distracted by smells and can be reactive to cats -although she can be moved along easily and does resume 'normal' behaviour quickly. Pip isn't generally reactive to other dogs on lead but does occasionally bark at collie type dogs. She interacts and plays well with all dogs when off lead, although she is often happy to explore independently 🦮
Pip is toilet and crate trained. Pip copes well when alone and generally enjoys the calm time. She enjoys listening to the radio and playing with her toys. She loves a nice nap 💞
